My PhD paper on how website design affects customer/consumer complaints touched on pain during shopping. That was surprising! I didn’t think of the paper when I saw the call for research on pain and posted about it (link to post: https://fahmeenaodetta.com/2023/06/30/the-topic-pain/). There really is a need for research in this area.

I am working to be published.
I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
