Health Update

I feel great. My eyes are better. I try to eat healthy for a healthy body, mind and soul.

I dealt with a lot of health issues over the last few years. Some of the things I had to deal with were unpleasant. For example, I had to deal with a particular temporary “solution” due to complications during surgery. It was not as horrible as I thought it would be though (I thought it would be a horrible, smelly disaster – maybe because I was always a “clean freak”). I guess all things work for good.

I am happy that I am alive and well. I now appreciate life more. Most of my health issues are behind me.

I am working to be published.

I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. About THIS BLOG

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
