I like the 1kg package (small bag) of sugar from the Guyana Sugar Corporation (Guysuco). I remember those days from my childhood when my parents bought a big bag (25-pound bag I believe) of sugar, a big bag of flour, and a big bag of rice for the family. If I remember correctly, those purchases were to last an entire month. The 1kg bag of sugar is from the supermarket. I like the name too – Demerara Gold.

I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
