Walking

I decided to write on walking after seeing this post in Twitter/X.

I remember those days when I didn’t walk much. At one job, my co-workers ventured out at lunchtime. I chose not to go. I started walking more when my vehicle was down for a while. To get the bus to get to work necessitated a long, difficult walk from our house to the main road. There were a lot of hills in the neighborhood. I walked more and more after that. I walked even when it was not necessary. One time, I walked from our house to the CVS Pharmacy 2 miles away without stopping for the bus.

I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. About THIS BLOG

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
