The weekend went by quickly. I am doing better this Monday. I will just relax today. I am currently enjoying a can of coconut juice. It tastes much like the fresh coconut water I grew up drinking. Too bad it does not come with the full jelly. I always liked to scoop out the jelly from the cracked coconut and enjoy. Instead there are bits of goodness with the juice. This coconut juice must be a top seller. We all enjoy it.

I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
