Storm coming

 It is freezing outside. The weather forecast for our area is freezing temperatures with around 15 inches of snow! I expect that it will take several hours to clear/remove the snow from our front steps and driveway (I usually take care of snow removal in my household – it is difficult and exhausting). As I am unable to get the task done, I expect we will be snowed in for a few days. We tried to stock up on food.

I was afraid that the snow would affect appointments. Luckily, I do not have any appointments scheduled for next week.

I have other issues to deal with concerning appointments. I applied for transportation assistance at a PG County Office. My application was denied. I am looking into options.

I hope to resolve issues quickly. I am not at my best so I know some things will take a while. I hope my life is not affected in negative ways. 

People probably look at me and tell that I am not at my best. My tooth is a dead giveaway.

I am working to be published.

I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
