Word for Today

‘Easy-breezy’ is a word in the dictionary – a word that has a hyphen. I recall that it was used in ads for CoverGirl, but it is reported to be a word not used much in written English (see below). It is the word for today.

I would like to think that my difference is an easy-breezy style for sharing information some of which may be complex. (I make it easy to digest and sometimes simplify). This reminds me of radio stations that play ‘easy listening’ music (stations such as 97.1 WashFM in the DC area). An example of a song that is ‘easy listening’ is ‘Three Little Birds’ by Bob Marley.

ABOUT ME

I am working to be published. In the next few months, I would like to publish my PhD papers as well as lessons from my life.

I am on a break from PhD studies at National University, formerly Northcentral University (NCU). At NU, I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. My signature assignments available at: https://fahmeenaodettasignaturepapers.tumblr.com.

About THIS BLOG

I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.

I am currently working on publishing my papers in academic journals. Click the ‘paperforpublishing’ tag in the tags section below for my last status update. Usability/user experience is one of my topics. Click on the ‘usability’ label/tag to view my posts, including ideas, on usability. I have new ideas you may be interested in. If you are here for information on my success research, click on the ‘success’ tag. If you are here for information on my hometown, click on the ‘lindenguyana’ tag.  If you are curious about my choices about God, click on the ‘WhyGodForever’ label.

I welcome comments. Submit your comments and feedback at any time. I prefer that you use Facebook for comments, but feel free to comment in any of the blogs or on Twitter.
