I put that incident behind me. I continue to work on job applications. I am working up a storm. Professor positions request more than a typical position – CV and documents/statements such as a Teaching Statement. I don’t mind the extra work. I will be home for a while. I don’t mind that either. The last time I dressed up to go out was a few days ago.

I am working to be published.
I completed 11 signature assignments – significant papers with original ideas. In one paper, I foresaw specific problems at a major company. In another, I designed a study (with statistical analyses) to explain why videos do not significantly enhance or improve online reviews. I worked alone. I created this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas and to practice writing. Why practice writing? I was on a break from my PhD and not writing much. I needed to continue writing regularly – I wrote and submitted weekly assignments/papers.
I also track my mental health using this blog.
